I love that you guys were talking about “the need to break the story“. Because to me as a psychologist, I just kept thinking that the psychology of what was occurring was the story! That psychopathy …the predictable behavior that no one was saying out loud, to me, was the story! And yes, Trump does look more frazzled which I hope is the beginning of the end. Anyway, great conversation I love it! thanks you guys!
So much to take in from this excellent interview with Simon. I have thought several times over recent weeks that Trump more and more looks like a tired old man. The orange face paint looks thicker and darker. While he doesn't have an ounce of introspection in him, I wonder if at a deeper unconscious level he senses he is a failure and so his words and actions are crazier and more dangerous.
PS: I have long suspected this… so reporters have been being strong armed during the time of QAnon? Could those negative strong arm comments possibly have been “the help” Trump was getting from Russia …an Internet assault of Russian bots. Most likely giving you negative feedback, perhaps? There was a time when I was on Twitter, getting in battles with people and I would find out rarely was it an actual human… I think we’ve been a victim of these Russian authoritarian techniques for longer than we’ve realized.

I am ”hopiuming” that Simon Rosenberg's vision of reconnection of the founding principles comes to pass.
Thanks to you both. Hearing a discussion and analysis of what's happening by well informed journalists is immensely helpful.
